High Octane, High Adrenaline, Highly Spectacular
British Sidecar Championship 2024
Following on from the success of 2023, the basic regulations remain such as the split between the GP and Cup Class, with some interesting technical additions. In line with British Supersport regulations, a wider range of engine options is now available for the new season, including “V” twins and triples.
The future for 600’s is also looking brighter, with Honda announcing a new CBR600RR, and Yamaha continuing the successful 600cc R6, the chosen powerplant for most sidecar racers to date.
Variety is always the spice of life, and a wider engine choice, whilst requiring more policing, could add that variety to every race weekend.
Six rounds are scheduled, with four of those running once again with the Bennetts British Superbike Championship, thereby enjoying live Eurosport coverage.
We will continue to bring you all the action from the full season with the latest team news and updates relating to the series.
There will also be highlights of most races on our YouTube Channel.
